  • placeholde Hi, my name is Doug. I have the wonderful privilege of providing leadership to the exciting ministry of SLWC. Alongside me are many people who volunteer and give sacrificially because they care deeply about this ministry. From generous supporters to energetic staff we are determined to provide you and your family with the best camping or retreat experience possible. 

     By the thousands children, teens and adults will attend camp somewhere in Canada this summer. I am constantly asking myself what it would take to get you here. So...

    • we will do everything possible to ensure you and your family have maximum fun with minimum risk...
    • we will keep our registration cost as low as possible...
    • we will offer a growing list of activities and opportunities to keep you engaged, and..
    • we will make quality and excellence a top priority. 

    If you are not happy, neither are we, so we strive to make you very happy campers. Give us an opportunity! We think that one time here will not be enough and you will want to come back...often!
